The Universal Love Orchestra is an open community of amateur musicians and professionals, warmly welcoming new members. The ULO is a non-profit project. To become part of our ensemble, you do not have to be a virtuoso, but you should have a genuine interest in the music of the Middle East (from the Maghreb up to Turkey, however, people with other musical backgrounds are welcome as well). Ideally, you play an instrument suitable for Maqam tonality, and are curious about learning music by ear. If you are interested in this musical experience, we look forward to meeting you at one of our next workshops!
